Our region : Monédies and the surrounding area in Aveyron
At the crossroads of three departments, the Lot, the Cantal and the Aveyron, it is in the Hameau des Bréfinies in Almont-les-Junies that we live. This place, typical of Aveyron with its stone houses and its roofs in lauzes is located on the foothills of the Massif Central, on the way of St Jacques (GR65) eight kilometers after Conques in the preserved valleys of the Lot and the Dourdou which fill us with their natural wealth.

You will see a remarkable thousand-year-old abbey church. On the Way of Saint James of Compostela, classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco, Conques and its Romanesque abbey church see thousands of pilgrims on their way to Santiago every year.
